The fastest diagnosis is the code
Measure both compartments with a thermometer rather than trusting the display, and write the two numbers down. A cold freezer with a warm refrigerator is a completely different diagnosis from a cabinet where both are warm, and it is the single most useful thing you can establish before anybody arrives. While you are there, check nothing is blocking the vents inside the cabinet and nothing is stacked against the grille outside it.
Where the cold actually comes from
One evaporator makes the cold and air moves it to where it is needed. That means a warm refrigerator with a cold freezer is an air problem — a fan, a damper, a blocked vent or ice on the evaporator — and only a cabinet where both compartments are warm points at the sealed system.

That is the good version of this problem. A working freezer proves the compressor, the condenser and the refrigerant are doing their job, so what is wrong is between the two compartments: a fan, a damper, a defrost cycle that has stopped clearing the evaporator, or a sensor reporting the wrong thing. All of those are ordinary parts.
It is running all the time.
Two candidates and both are checkable. A condenser that cannot shed heat — dust, salt, or an integrated installation with poor airflow around it — or a door that is not sealing and is letting warm room air in continuously. Neither is expensive, and both are the reason we look at the outside of the machine before the inside.

Check for a power event before assuming a failure. A cut or a surge can leave a control in a state it will not leave by itself, and a full minute at the breaker is free. If it comes back warm after that, it is a genuine failure and we should look.
