On a DishDrawer it lifts from the floor of the drawer, and the flat filter plate underneath comes out with it — a filter that looks clean on top is very often packed underneath. Rinse both under a tap and put them back seated properly. Then check the drain hose where it reaches the sink trap, waste tee or standpipe.
