What it does still carry is **laundry spare parts and stacking kits**, which is the maker’s own acknowledgement that these machines are still running. ### What we repair - **Drain and pump** — the machine fills, washes, and will not empty. - **Spin and balance** — a load that will not spin out, or a cabinet that walks across the floor. - **Lid and door locks**, which keep a finished cycle shut and are one of the commonest calls on an ageing machine. - **Fill valves and hoses**, and the inlet screens behind them. - **Suspension and bearings** on machines with years of full loads behind them. - **Controls**, with the parts conversation had before anything is ordered. ### Our rule on this equipment We say what we can source and we do not invent the rest. If the machine needs a part that is no longer made, you get told that instead of a quote, and you get told at the diagnosis rather than after a week of waiting. That is what its own US site says. The support base publishes a laundry category with four sections — washing machines, dryers, cabinets and combination machines — and every one of them returns an empty list, while cooking, cooling and dishwashing return hundreds of models between them. The United States product menu lists Cooking, Ventilation, Cooling, Dishwashing and Parts & Accessories, and no fabric care. Laundry spare parts and stacking kits are still on sale. So: machines in service, no machines for sale. ### Can you still get parts? Often yes, and that is the question worth asking before anything else. The maker still runs a laundry spare-parts section, and the common wear items on these machines — pumps, lid locks, hoses, suspension parts, belts where fitted — are the ones most likely to be available. What gets scarce on a discontinued line is model-specific electronics and cosmetic parts. We check availability before ordering rather than after, and we tell you plainly when a machine is not worth the part. ### Why is there no model list or code table on this site for laundry? Because there is no first-party US source for one any more. We build every model list and every code table on this site from the maker's own published material, and its US base has none for laundry. We could copy a table from somewhere; we do not, because a code table that is wrong about your machine costs you a visit. Tell us what the machine is doing and what it is showing, and we will work from that. ### What do you actually see on these in South Florida? The ordinary end of laundry repair, on machines that are now well into their second decade: pumps and drain paths, lid and door locks that stop a finished cycle from opening, out-of-balance loads and worn suspension, and the electronics on the older direct-drive machines. Humidity and a laundry room that is often a closet with no airflow do the rest.
